Wins concourse for scientific research promoted by CNR..

- May 1973: PRIZE ENTITLED TO “PROF. R. BRACCO” – Florence Wins prize for the best juridical thesis of 1971/1972, sponsored by Banca Toscana of Florence.

- March 1972: LAW FACULTY, UNIVERSITY OF FLORENCE Graduated cum laude.

- June 1966- September 1965: WITHMER SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL – Ohio (U.S.A.)-Wins scholarship from the American Field Service International Scholarships and achieves an American High School Degree.

- He is actually member of “Centro Studi Domenico Napolitano” specialised in labour Law, as well as of the “Alumni Association International and Comparative Law Center” in Dallas, and of the “Italian Association of Human Resources Managers”.
- He is rapporteur in numerous conferences regularly held on labour Law and occupational safety (among the most significant, the one organised in 1992 by the European Section of the International and Comparative Law Center in Budapest, Ungary, on the privatisation process of Ungarian public enterprises).
- He publishes essays and articles on Labour, Administrative, and International Law.
- He has been in charge of a Commentary to the Fiscal Penal Code (UTET edition), and of the drafting of a publication on the contract of agency.
- In 1977 he wins a public concourse for a position as Vice-Director at the Minister of Finance.
- On September 1976, EURATOM appoints him as Assistant Manager of its Human Resources Office.
- On August 1974, he wins the concourse COM/A/112 for the Legal Service of the European Commission in Brussels.
