SPECIALIZATIONS
- Miss Del Re is specialized in Civil and Commercial Law matters. She is particularly interested in Intellectual Property matters, such as contracts concerning industrial inventions and industrial design patents, trademarks, license or transfer of industrial property rights, protection of industrial secrets, protection, license and transfer of know how and confidential information, etc.
Additionally, she is interested in the giuridical area of Information Technology, in particular in the areas relating to e-commerce and telecommunications rights.
